The other anchor methods use fixed anchors of three consecutive scale tones.
The Moving Anchor Method uses a note from the current chord as anchor to the next chord.
There are seven chords in each key, so when you are holding a chord there are six other chord that you can change to.
The root of the next chord will be the 3rd or 5th of the current chord (2 chords).
The root of the next chord will be the note above or the note below (adjacent chords)
the root of the current chord (2 chords).
The root of the current chord can be the 3rd or the 5th of the next chord (2 chords).
When the root of the next chord is the 5th of the current chord, moving up to this
root will sometimes take you out of the chord range.
The note above the root of the current chord is the 5th (top note) of the next chord
when the root of the next chord is the 5th of the current chord.
Use this to move down to the next chord to keep within chord range.
