We will call this Chord Change Anchor 234.
If there are non-diatonic chords the b5 and #5 and b2 or #2 (better known as b9 and #9) may also be present.
Example 9
In example 9a the key is Eb major and the anchor notes are F (2), G (3), Ab (4), and are at the bottom of all the chords.
In example 9b the key is A major to B major and the anchor notes are B (2), C# (3), D (4), and are at the bottom of all the chords.
In example 9c the key is D major and the anchor notes are E (2), F# (3), G (4), and are at the bottom of all the chords.
